We're parents before we're a toy company. Every toy we make is something we'd hand to our own children without hesitation — and that's the standard we hold every single product to.
Below is exactly how our toys are tested, what each certification means, and the documentation to back it up. No badges without proof.
Certified to the standards that matter
CPSC — United States
Our toys meet the safety requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the federal body that regulates children's products. This covers lead and chemical limits, small-parts rules, and mechanical safety for the age groups each toy is made for.
CE — European Union
Our toys carry the CE mark, confirming they conform to the European Union's health, safety, and environmental protection requirements for products sold in the EU and EEA.
EN71 — European Toy Safety Standard
Our toys are tested to EN71, the European standard specifically for toy safety. It covers three key areas: EN71-1 (mechanical and physical properties — edges, small parts, durability), EN71-2 (flammability), and EN71-3 (migration of certain elements — the chemical safety of materials a child may touch or mouth).
Made safe, not just tested safe
Because we craft every toy in our own workshop in Texas, safety is built in from the first cut — not inspected in at the end:
- Natural wood, sanded smooth with rounded edges and no splinters
- Non-toxic, child-safe finishes — safe for the little hands (and mouths) that will explore them
- Securely fastened parts, built to withstand real toddler play
- Age-appropriate design — each product is made and labeled for the right stage
